Immersive Communication Training System is the first and the only commercially available simulation that allows trainee to get experience by practicing communications with the robotic avatars in a virtual environment closely resembling real life. Simulation is based on Second Life platform, and is connected to back-end database / LMS system. Intuitive web-based graphical user interface allows instructional designers to review and modify simulation scenario, dialogs and replies, and even create a new simulation from scratch.

Collaborative Knowledge Management
Collaborative Knowledge Management Collaborative Knowledge Management (or CKM) is a tool built to foster employee collaboration, organizational knowledge preservation and sharing. Using CKM, employees can work together in Second Life on creating interactive flow chats, mind maps and diagrams showing organizational processes, procedures or projects flow. The web interface, fully compatible with Second Life, allows authorized users to retreive, review and update flow charts via the web. The platform combines ability to enter, organize and retrieve information with capacity to define flow between information pieces, show them graphically and visualize the concept or process. CKM utilizes drill-down approach: each container in the flow chart along with the text information, web links and landmarks (in Second Life) can contain other flow chats.

Teamwork Simulation
Teamwork Tester simulation tests teamwork skills, team performance and compatibility. Along with it's direct importance as an assessment and training tool, Teamwork Tester serves as a great introduction to Second Life simulations. It eliminates learning curve as people of different age, background and computer experience come to realize that working in virtual worlds does not require any more skill then one would need working with spreadsheet or word processor.

Robotic Instructors
Robotic Instructors are avatars that are operated by a computer program. They are logged in Second Life on demand and provide a guided tour or lesson(s) for trainees. For example, Robotic Instructors may be used to demonstrate technical equipment operation, certain procedures, provide guided tour of a location, etc. During the session robotic instructors can ask trainee to repeat specific steps and provide trainee with a feedback.
Robotic Instructors are often used for new hire orientation and onboarding, but can be also used in any situation where you need a guide to accompany and demonstrate something to trainee or a visitor.
