  • Link digital forms and checklists that you create in the QR Mobile Data software to the Procore documents. You can select if digital documents that result from the submission of a specific mobile form should be saved in the Procore company level or project level document directory.
  • You can optionally specify a folder where you want to save digital documents for the specific mobile form. It gives you an option to organize electronic documents, keep documents related to the different tasks in the different folders.
  • If you don't specify a folder, form submission documents will be saved in the directory QR Mobile Data Files. If this folder does not exist, it will be automatically created with the submission of the first digital document.
  • Each time a digital form or checklist is filled out on the construction site, an electronic document in PDF format is automatically created in the specified Procore documents directory / folder.
  • You can define the look and layout of the digital documents, and what data should be included in the document using custom MS Word templates.
  • You can include your company branding, static information on the inspected object, data collected via digital forms, captured images, signatures, etc.
